The Suspicious Fish uses storytelling to expand literacy, foster self-confidence, and strengthen community. We collaborate with schools, community groups, and individuals to facilitate in-person and online storytelling activities, primarily in Southwest Montreal. Our participants include everyone from children to seniors who to learn, create, listen, and express themselves. We share the stories the emerge through self-published books, short films, comics, theatre pieces, and other creative mediums that honour each participant’s unique voice.
