Under the Red Roof 2022

Under the Red Roof was a oral history project led by seniors in the Southwest. Thanks to New Horizons for Seniors, the participants were able to create this project. The seniors who planned and conducted interviews, took photos, filmed and edited, and told their stories drove the direction of this project. The participants chose who they would interview and what they would discuss. We were also able to work with some youth who contributed some of the wonderful artwork. While we can honestly say that we’re pleased with the results of this project, we’re even more pleased that the process was a multi-generational one.
